The short version

This site has one form. What you type into it is emailed to us so we can reply. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

What this site collects

Only what you type into the contact or careers form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, budget range, the role you are applying for, your message and a CV file.

There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on this site. We set one cookie-equivalent — alocalStorage entry recording whether you chose the light or dark theme. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Where it goes

Submissions are processed by a Cloudflare Pages Function and delivered by email through Resend, our email provider. Both act as processors on our behalf. Your IP address is briefly visible to Cloudflare as part of serving the request and is used only for rate limiting and spam prevention.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Emailinfo@adhanam.comand we will action it.

To be completed before launch

The following need Adhanam's input — they are legal and operational facts, not something a website build can determine:

  • The retention period for enquiry and application data.
  • The named contact for data-protection questions.
  • Whether enquiries are copied into a CRM, and which one.
  • The lawful basis relied on under UK/EU GDPR and the DPDP Act (India).

Have a solicitor review this notice before publishing. This section is rendered deliberately so the gap cannot be overlooked.
